Email a PDF to post@onlinebriefversturen.nl with the address in the message. You get a quote back with one link that posts it.

What you can do with it

  • Works from anything that can email an invoice: Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, Sage, Xero, a scanner.
  • No connector to build and nothing to install.
  • The attachment becomes the letter; the address is read out of the message.

Connecting it

  1. Send from the address on your SendLetter account.
  2. Put the address in the message, ideally labelled: name, street, number, postal code, city, country.
  3. Click the link in the reply. Only then is anything charged or printed.

A From header can be forged, so an incoming message never prints or charges anything by itself. The confirmation link goes to the account’s registered address and works once.
