We turn your text or document into a physical letter, print and envelope it, and pass it to the postal service through a print and mail partner. Before payment you see the destination, delivery option, page count and total price including VAT.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Check the contents, sender, recipient and delivery option before paying. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the material you submit.

Production of your made-to-order letter begins promptly after payment. Delivery times are postal estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We will try to cancel while production or partner hand-off has not started. Because each letter is made to your content and address, cancellation is normally no longer possible after production starts. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Stripe processes payment; we do not store full card or bank details. If a fault on our side prevents us from producing or sending a paid letter, we will put it right or refund the relevant amount.

Send complaints with the letter reference to the email address above. We aim to respond promptly and within fourteen days at the latest.

Do not use the service for unlawful, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited material. We may reject an order where fulfilment would be unlawful or a partner refuses the mailing.

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for consequences of an incorrect customer-supplied address or content, or delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Dutch law applies. Consumers living in another EU country retain the mandatory protection of their home country. Disputes may be brought before a competent court.
