Printed close to the recipient, not all from one country
We are a Dutch company, but your letter need not travel from the Netherlands. A European network of print and mail partners handles it, and the route follows the country of the recipient, not the country you are in.

The map is schematic. The partner and print location are chosen per letter, so a line shows the principle and not a fixed route.
What that means for you
A shorter journey
Where we print in the destination country, the letter does not have to cross a border first.
The post people know
It reaches the recipient through the postal service of that country wherever we have a local route.
Less transport
Printing closer to the recipient means less of the letter travelling across Europe.

Common questions
Are all letters sent from the Netherlands?
No. Letters to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom are normally printed in that country and handed to its own postal service. Other countries are served from elsewhere in the network, with DHL.
Can I use this if I do not live in the Netherlands?
Yes. You can send from any country. The route depends on where the letter is going, not on where you are.
Is my letter always printed in that country?
Normally, but not always. We choose per letter, so if a route is unavailable another partner can take over and print it elsewhere.
