Come collegarla
1First save a complete sender address in your account and make it the default. This is the return address printed on the envelope.
2Email post@sendletter.eu from the registered email address on your SendLetter account. Attach the letter as a PDF and send a separate email for each letter.
3Put the address in the message, ideally labelled: name, street, number, postal code, city, country.
4For example: name: Jan de Vries; street: Keizersgracht; number: 123; postal code: 1015 CJ; city: Amsterdam; country: NL. Put each field on its own line in the email body.
5Read the quote in the reply. Top up first if your balance is insufficient. If you can use multiple wallets, select the correct payer.
6Open the confirmation link, check the full address and exact price, tick the approval box and click Confirm and send. Opening the email or link alone never sends the letter.
7Track the letter from your account. If the quote does not arrive, check your spam folder, registered email address, saved sender address and PDF attachment.
A From header can be forged, so an incoming message never prints or charges anything by itself. The confirmation link goes to the account’s registered address and works once.
